About Melissa

Melissa is a sought-after speaker, author, and leadership coach both in the US and abroad. In Red Oak, she is “Miss Mel.” She runs Launchpad – an after-school program sponsored by Persistent Hope in cooperation with Inman Elementary School. If she’s not traveling or at Launchpad you can find her with her husband, Luis, and son, Phoenix. They are also committed to showing the love of Christ by offering a safe home for foster children.
